We at UCH use 2x6 exterior wall framing and incorporate foam insulation which provides for the most efficient wall system to date.

At UCH we do not build on “Post Tension Slabs”. Our slabs are engineered with true structural steel and inspected by certified engineers, prior to pouring. Though a majority of builders use “Post Tension Slabs”, we rest our reputation on the foundation of your home and will not leave that to tension cables.

We follow the rules and restrictions of the community you want your house to be built in.
